Summary[edit]

Part of the Tomes of Unknown Color achievement. Achievement log has this one down as Spectral Book 5. Forgotten Palisades, up the hill west of the wayshrine. Guarded by a green sentrylight eye in the sky with no nameplate or healthbar that fires lasers at you if you step in its green spotlight. There's a watchling nearby, and a heavysack sitting on the right-hand side of the archway (when you're facing south).
