Herald of the Tome Master is earned by reaching Rank 50 of the Arcanist's Herald of the Tome skill line. The preceding achievement, Herald of the Tome Apprentice, is earned by reaching Rank 25.

Obtaining Herald of the Tome Master also unlocks the Herald of the Tome skill line for Subclassing purposes.
