Captain Pegaro

Captain Pegaro is a Wood Elf agent who serves as captain aboard The Shining Topal, a ship currently moored in the Leyawiin Harbour.

Since his ship is on a layover in Leyawiin, Pegaro has little to do. He gets up at 6am every day, spends a couple of hours getting ready for the day, eats breakfast for two hours, then spends all day in his cabin tending to business, except for a two-hour break at 9pm for dinner, after which he goes to bed at 10pm.

Pegaro wears a dark shirt, short britches, and thick cowhide shoes; he is armed with a steel cutlass and carries a small amount of gold and a loaf of bread.

Pegaro's cabin aboard the ship is sparsely furnished. The lower room, his bedroom, has just a bunk, cupboard, small table, and a few containers for storage; the upper room has a trestle table for taking meals.

Pegaro longs to get back out to sea: "Mmmm, smell that? That sweet sea air, how I long to be sailing amongst it once more, instead of being holed up in this blasted port..."
