The Offices of the Magistrate is a government building in the Market District located beside the gate to Green Emperor Way.
The ground floor is a single large room with a path down the middle lined with clerks' desks. The upper floor is a similar layout, but also has tables for people to sit and discuss matters. A set of stairs leads up from there to the Magistrate's office. The basement is crowded with desks where most of the work is done.
