Peregrine Manor

Peregrine Manor is a large mansion located in northwestern Skingrad, in the Colovia Gardens plaza.

It is a three-story building. The ground floor is split into two rooms, with a stairway in the middle. Off to the left is a sitting room with benches and a fireplace; the room to the right is a dining room with a large banquet table, food cupboards, and access to the basement (which is used for storage and has little of interest beyond numerous crates and barrels).

Most of the second floor is just a balcony overlooking the sitting room, but there is a small desk and bookcase in an alcove here. A door leads out to an exterior balcony, and stairs go up to the bedroom, which is one large room.

The bedroom is lined with beautiful tapestries in shades of red; the floor is covered by one huge round rug. A large vanity sits against the wall near the stairs; a double bed, flanked by nightstands, sits opposite it, and a table and two chairs midway between, near the windows. Two tall bookcases are spaced between tapestries on the other wall, and a dresser is tucked back into an alcove.
