Piers is an Imperial publican who runs Master Piers' Place, a tavern in Chorrol.
Piers gets up at 6am every morning and opens the tavern for business; he remains on duty until midnight, when he closes up. He eats dinner, and then goes to bed.
Piers wears a sack cloth shirt, laced leather pants, and clogs; he carries a leg of mutton, some olive oil, and a small amount of gold.
He has a bed behind the bar, and no other furniture.
Aside from rumors, he has nothing to say.
