Safe Harbour Tavern is an inn and tavern located in the harbor north of the city.

The proprietor, Rigmor Redface, has 50 gold and Mercantile skill of 50, and buys and sells food and drink. He also offers rooms for rent at 10 gold per night.

Despite being a dockside tavern, the interior is clean and well-kept. A bar sits against the wall just inside the door, where Rigmor greets customers and serves out food and drink. Opposite is a communal bunkroom with five beds. The common room has a nautical theme - ship's wheels and maps on the wall, and a slaughterfish mounted over the fireplace. Three tables are scattered about here, along with a massive wine keg and stacks of smaller barrels.

Stairs lead to the upper floor, which has two rooms. The first is occupied by Captain Ben Ashton. It's small but cozy; it contains a single bed, writing desk, set of shelves with a jewelry chest, armoire, locked sea chest, and a dresser beside the bed littered with empty wine bottles. The picture on the wall above the armoire hides a safe (also locked), which contains a treasure map. The second is the room for rent; it has a bookcase, small fireplace, table and chair, armoire, and dresser, along with a single bed.
