This is an archive of two sweepstakes for The Elder Scrolls Travels: Stormhold and The Elder Scrolls Travels: Dawnstar, with the initial sweepstakes offering 10 winners an autographed copy of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Collector's Edition, signed by an unnamed Morrowind developer. 1. Entry: Download The Elder Scrolls Travels: Stormhold or Dawnstar game to your mobile phone and enter the contest to win one of ten Morrowind Collectors Edition games signed by members of the Morrowind development team*. To enter online complete an official entry form located on the main Promotions page at www.theelderscrollstravels.com or www.elderscrollstravels.com. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, address, telephone number, date of birth and email address. *One winner for every hundredth player - up to the first thousand players!

You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this contest. The Contest begins July 1, 2003 and ends September 1, 2003, unless earlier terminated by Mforma Group, Inc. as set forth in these Official Rules.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF MEANS OF ENTRY.

No responsibility is assumed by Mforma Group, Inc. or Vir2L Studios, Inc or Bethesda Softworks LLC (including their parent, ZeniMax Media Inc. )(collectively, "Vir2L/Bethesda") for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Email entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Mforma Group, Inc. with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

2. Winner Selection: Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on September 2, 2003. One Prize will be awarded to every hundredth player who submits a complete online entry form, up to a total of Ten Prizes based on receipt of forms from 1,000 players. Winners will be notified by email, phone and/or FedEx within 14 days of selection. If winner is unreachable after 14 days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received.

3. Prizes: One copy of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind® Collector's Edition (for the PC) signed by a member of the Morrowind development team for each of Ten Winners

4. Eligibility: This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. This Contest is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. Employees of Mforma Group, Inc. and Vir2L/Bethesda, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers and the immediate family members (including those living in the same household) of each employee of such entrees are not eligible.

5. General Conditions: Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization which are final on all matters pertaining to this Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply and all entries must comply therewith. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Each entrant further grants to each of Mforma Group, Inc. and Vir2L/Bethesda the right to use and publish his or her proper name and state online and in print or any other media in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Mforma Group, Inc and Vir2L/Bethesda and their respective advertising and promotional agencies to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Each entrant agrees that Mforma Group, Inc and Vir2L/Bethesda may use the information disclosed by entrant, subject to each party's then-current privacy policies, for any commercial purpose, including the delivery of promotional emails. By entering, each and every entrant releases and holds harmless Mforma Group, Inc and Vir2L/Bethesda , and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or tangible or intangible property damage, arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. All restrictions, conditions, and limitations set forth herein apply.

6. Conduct: By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Site throughout the Contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Mforma Group, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or www.theelderscrollstravels.com or www.elderscrollstravels.com. acting in violation of the Official Rules or acting in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CONTEST SITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MFORMA GROUP, INC AND VIR2L/BETHESDA RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitations of Liability: Neither Mforma Group, Inc nor Vir2L/Bethesda will be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Contest Site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. With respect to the Contest and any and all entries therein, neither Mforma Group, Inc nor Vir2L/Bethesda assumes any responsibility for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. With respect to the Contest and any and all entries therein, neither Mforma Group, Inc nor Vir2L/Bethesda will be responsible for any problems, technical malfunction or failure of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web-site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entries, entrants, or any other person or to any entrant's or other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mforma Group, Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Mforma Group, Inc. reserve the right at it's sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
