Port Telvannis (also spelled Port Telvanis[UOL 1] or Port Telvanni)[UOL 2] is a city located on an archipelago in the Padomaic Ocean, northeast of Morrowind. It is described as an island palace under the control of Great House Telvanni, and crowns the Telvanni Peninsula to the south.[1][UOL 3][UOL 4] The Parliament of Bugs, the High Telvanni wizards who preside over the entire house, are headquartered here.[UOL 1]
One of the more prominent citizens coming from Port Telvannis in the Third Era was Xal, a human Marukhati[UOL 1] who issued correspondence from the city.[UOL 2]
