Quick Walkthrough

1. Ask about latest rumors with Thorek at his shop in Balmora, then with 80 disposition, talk to him about smuggled dwarven artifacts.
2. Give the drum to either:
   • Sugar-Lips Habasil in the South Wall Cornerclub if you are in the Thieves Guild, and pay 100 coins to open the drum.
   • Bedrir on the Grytewake near Hla Oad.
     • Return to Thorek afterwards.
   • Baleni Salavel in Hla Oad.
   • A Hlaalu Guard.
     • If you are an Oathman or higher for House Hlaalu, you will have to give the drum to someone else to complete the quest.
   • An Imperial Guard.

100	Finishes quest	I delivered the broken drum to the Grytewake and was paid a delivery fee.
120	Finishes quest	Instead of delivering the broken drum, I took it to Habasi at the South Wall and she opened it for me for a fee of 100 septims. Inside was a dwarven mace.
130	Finishes quest	Instead of delivering the broken drum to Bedrir, I gave it to Baleni Salavel who gave me a few gems in exchange.
140	Finishes quest	Instead of delivering the broken drum to Bedrir, I tried to turn it in to a guard in Balmora, but was accused of Dwemer artifact smuggling!
150	Finishes quest	Instead of delivering the broken drum to Bedrir, I turned it in to an Imperial guard and was given a token of appreciation.
200	Finishes quest	Thorek let me see some special inventory after delivering the broken drum.
