Quick Walkthrough

1. Save Tarhiel on the road near Seyda Neen and talk to him about his miserable failure.
2. Defeat the Frost Atronach and talk to Tarhiel.
3. Wear the Enchanter's Friend until you have defeated the three Frost Atronachs that spawn.
4. Talk to Tarhiel in Arrille's Tradehouse.

Index	Finishes Quest	Journal Entry
10		I managed to save Tarhiel from dying.
20		Tarhiel thanked me for saving his from his unusual predicament and complained of his past failures, including summoning some 'unusually warm' Frost Daedra who are hunting him.
30		Tarhiel thanked me for killing the Chill Atronach and gave me his Enchanter's Friend amulet. That may be how they're tracking him. If so, they will now come after me instead while I am wearing the amulet. There are three more of them.
40		I killed the second Chill Atronach.
50		I killed the third Chill Atronach.
60		I killed the last Chill Atronach. I should see how Tarhiel is doing. He said he would stay at Arrille's Tradehouse in Seyda Neen.
100	Finishes quest	Tarhiel thanked me for taking care of the Chill Atronachs and gave me some of his 'perfected' Scrolls of Spring-Heeled Victory, along with some other odd scrolls he experimented with.
110	Finishes quest	I saved Tarhiel from falling, but he died before I learned what else he wanted.
