How do you get into the back room where Kishni is in Vivec?
It has a level 65 lock which is beyond my abilities. I scoured the entire room and there's no key. I tried killing the bookstore owner, Simine, but he doesn't have a key. He can't be persuaded to unlock it either, even level 100 doesn't do anything.
Very bizarre. Bugged?
