Castle Leyawiin's County Hall entrance is a large open hall with wide stairs on the east side up to a hallway that runs north to south; a door in the south end leads to the dungeon. A four-piece counter in the southwest corner holds clutter near the doorway to the dining room used in the Sanguine quest. In the northwest corner sits a single non-respawning clutter sack. The balcony features a door to the Lords' manor on the east wall, and a table on the south wall holds an orange.

In the southeast corner another cupboard holds dishes near the door to the servants' quarters and a drinks cupboard sits in the southwest corner. The dining table in the center is set with five apples, two cheese wedges, a leek, six potatoes, ten strawberries, and two tomatoes. Another leek lies on the floor underneath the table.
