The Bruma Rebel Camp is a rebel camp accessed via a passage in Boreal Stone Cave.

The passage from the cave opens onto a high ledge overlooking an encampment below, which has a dozen small tents and nine heavily-armed bandits. A smaller enclosure at the near end, below the entrance, houses the leader - a battlemage - as well as various crates of supplies. The only way down is to drop down into the fenced area below you. Once you deal with the bandits, you can leave the camp through the gates at the far side, which open onto a path that curves up around the valley wall and ends above the entrance to the cave passage - just jump down, and you can leave.
