Relius Curio is a knight and future knight of the Order of the Dragon; he can be found in the Two Sisters Lodge in Skingrad. In order to recruit him, you'll have to help him out—he has a (one-sided) crush on a woman in Skingrad named Adhelene, and wants you to deliver a love letter. Later, he wants you to find the Book of All-Knowing for him, and finally, he'll have you set up a meeting between them.

Relius wears a set of steel armor (sans helmet and shield) and is unarmed.
