Balanvir

Balanvir is a Redguard member of the Abah's Landing City Guard (though he doesn't act as one for gameplay purposes). He can occasionally be found on the landing above Sailor's Rest with Zakadar.

Dialogue

He has the following exchange with Zakadar:

Balanvir: "There's the lucky lad. Real lucky, of late. Be a shame if you had a sudden change of fortune."

Zakadar: "Whatever you heard, it's not true! I'm just scraping by! Here, look---barely enough for a meal and a bed!"

Balanvir: "Hmph, fine---keep your scraps. I find out you're holding out on me, you'll cough up more than coin."

Afterwards, he will follow Zakadar to the blocked door and disappear.
