Daedra are raiding the Nobles District and capturing people to be used as fodder in the arena. A dying arena fighter named Dyus Previa asked me to stop them.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Kill Thrallbinder Dzosab in the Nobles District.
2. Talk to Aulus Previa.

Detailed Walkthrough

You would have spoken with Dyus Previa in the Arena District to receive the quest. Some Daedric Thrallbinder was leading raids in the Nobles District for the sole purpose of kidnapping citizens to compete in the arena for the Daedra's amusement. Dyus' dying wish was for you to kill the Thrallbinder and inform his brother Aulus that he died valiantly.
