After defeating waves of enemies in the Sunken Ruins, you will reach the area where the area where you use the Ghost Light synergy. Cavot Agnan will appear once you dispatch the last of the enemies. He will try to stop your group:

During combat:

Cavot Agnan: "Don't worry about getting out of the sunken ruins, you won't be leaving."

When he is near defeat:
