Dialogue[edit]
You can interrupt his reading to talk to him about the military assets of Clan Corelanya and Solstice:
- "Which band of foreigners are you with? Bah, forgive me. That was a foolish question. Clearly, you're not murdering people in the street. I am just frustrated to find Sunport so defenseless."
- "We Corelanyas have forgotten what we once knew of war. Now we are helpless before these cultists from the mainland and must rely on the protection of strangers. I do not understand why this is happening to us."
After the events of The Regent of Sunport, Cirellor will instead talk about the attack:
- "I never imagined I would be grateful to find so many heavily armed foreigners prowling the streets of Sunport. My people have forgotten how to fight, and it almost cost us most dearly."
- "We want no part in the quarrels of Tamriel, but I am glad your league or whatever you call it followed the Order of the Black Worm to Sunport. Your help is greatly appreciated. I am not sure we could have saved the Palace District ourselves."
The rest of the conversation will remain the same:
- I'm surprised Solstice doesn't have its own army.
- "Who would we fight? House Corelanya made peace with the Argonians long ago, and we share Sunport with the merchants and seafarers who make port here. The island was peaceful until the Worm Cult appeared."
- What about the Sunport Guard?
- "The guard is capable of stopping a tavern brawl, but this? Long ago, ambition led my people into darkness and folly. We had good reason to lay down our swords. Now I fear we must relearn what we hoped to forget. I pray we do not like it."
