You may come cross a Fighters Guild Defender escorting a Commoner on the beach when they are suddenly attacked:

Fighters Guild Defender: "What is this? Someone, help!"

<A Soul Reaper appears along with Worm Cultists and Daedra.>

Worm Cult Pugilist: "Let your blood water the earth. Let your souls feed our reaper."

After you have defeated the waves of enemies you can destroy the Soul Reaper. Afterwards the Defender thanks you:
