Frost Mage Porcia is an Imperial member of the Blackcaster Mages Guild found at the ruins of Balamath, alongside Fire Mage Linia and Storm Mage Iribia.

Frost Mage Porcia summons an Ice Barrier that absorbs projectiles fired at it until destroyed. Frost Mage Porcia cannot be pulled if the wall stands between her and the player. The player should move so that there is a clear line of sight between themselves and Frost Mage Porcia.

Winter's Reach

Frost Mage Porcia unleashes an icy whirlwind in the direction she is facing. This whirlwind does moderate frost damage and roots all players that it hits. The root effect passes through block, but it can be escaped by roll dodging.
