After deciding to help High Priest Caroril retrieve her fellow Dibellan worshipers, you can enter the Vale to go search for them. You will find the new adherent, Mornabeth, preaching to Ambyralion and Galviso Belaal, who feel she is bringing down the mood:

Mornabeth: "All love, all beauty, is a gift from Dibella. Adore her and be adored!"

Galviso Belaal: "One more word about Dibella and I'll chew my own ears off!"

If you talk to Galviso before Mornabeth:

"Dibella this and beauty that. If I wanted a sermon, I'd go to the Tribunal Temple."

Speaking with Mornabeth, she explains her past as a former Sanguine reveler and assures you that she hasn't fallen into old habits. Mornabeth will then get ready to gather her things before leaving.

You can talk to Galviso again before you move on:

"You're the one who got that Orc to stop talking. She was drowning out the sounds of the party.
I'd buy you a drink as thanks, but they're free here."
