Lakhim is a Redguard warrior who can be found at the Saltwalker Militia Camp. You'll find him honing his weapons in the tent on the southwestern part of the camp along with Captain Usnagikh and Bafthaka. He has no unique dialogue. After you defeat Guldarz, he will celebrate your victory.
