Whenever you use a potion or poison you have a 10% chance to not consume it.

Liquid Efficiency gives you 10% chance to not consume a potion or poison when it is used. This both avoids running out of them while in combat and saves gold as you need less of them. This is especially profitable if you use Heroism potions as they tend to be very expensive.
