I've found a strange glowing artifact from the age of the Altmeri deep within the ruins of Bewan.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Activate the Altmeri Relic.
- Talk to Beddi Alielle.
- Talk to Angrel in Vulkhel Guard.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
When you walk into the ruins of Bewan, you'll see a ghost of a woman telling you to follow her. All you need to do is to follow the ghost through the dungeon, occasionally fighting Sea Vipers. The ghost will lead you to an ancient relic, which starts the quest when you interact with it. The ghost will ask you to take the relic to Vulkhel Guard. Once there, you need to get to the Mages Guild guildhall, where you are to find a wood elf called Angrel. Speak to Angrel and she'll give you your reward.

* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,

) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
