A possible New Life Festival Grab Bag bound reward, obtained during the New Life Festival event from The Impresario for 2 event tickets. Mud Ball consumables have the same effect as this memento, but are consumed upon use.

Effect: When quickslotted, this memento allows you to throw mud balls at other players and certain NPCs, covering them in mud. Striking some NPCs (such as Tamriel Guards or Alliance leaders, required for Mud Ball Miscreant achievement) will result in a bounty.
