Orpheon the Tactician

Orpheon the Tactician is a ^{Dunmer or Imperial?} commander who once served as a battlefield Emperor of Cyrodiil. Orpheon broke his allegiance to his previous alliance and recruited despondent deserters into a fearsome army. He has tracked down and laid siege to the hidden island of Lep Seclusa in search of an Elder Scroll that he believes has the power to end the Three Banners War. According to Noriwen's findings, he has Dragonblood in his ancestry.
