The Elder Scrolls Online v5.1.7 includes a fix for several of the game crashes that were introduced in the previous patch, and also has added safeguards against receiving repeated refunds for guild trader bids.
For any guilds that received extra gold from the multi-bidding issue, we have removed all the extra gold from the guild banks. In cases where we needed to remove more gold than the guild had in their bank, we reduced the guild bank down to zero gold. Any guilds whose bank balance is zero as a result of this will also have their guild trader bids canceled this week, and the gold from those bids removed.
We are also investigating a small number of guilds and individuals who severely abused the above issue and spent, moved, or otherwise laundered a large sum of duped gold and will be taking appropriate action on those accounts.
Also included his patch are several fixes for combat abilities and dungeons, some improvements for multi-crafting, and more. Additionally, we have re-enabled guild history for addons on both servers. The approximate size of this patch is 103MB.

- Reanimate: Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs would instantly resurrect dead allies, rather than granting them a prompt to accept your offer to renew their lease on life. Your allies now must oblige the contract by hitting "Accept" to resurrect.

- Backlash: Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs' final explosion could fail to detonate if the target affected took too much damage during the duration. The power levels will now be able to properly reach Over 9000!

- Overload: Reduced the damage dealt of this ability and its morphs' Heavy Attack by approximately 25% per tick. The radius of these attacks will now properly respect their telegraphs, and have been reduced to the following;
- Overload and Energy Overload: 4 x 6 meters, down from 4 x 15 meters
- Power Overload: 6 x 8 meters, down from 6 x 15 meters

- Fixed an issue where you could receive repeated refunds when the game was under heavy load.
Multi-Crafting
- To help address accidental cases of crafting too many items, a confirmation dialog has been added to any crafting action that would create items multiple times. Single crafts will not have a confirmation, as before.
- Fixed issue where the refine quantity reset back to max after every craft. It will still start at max, but if you set it to another number and then perform a craft, it will now stay at that number.
- To help address accidentally crafting more than intended, the multicraft quantity will now reset to default upon leaving and re-entering a crafting screen.
