Ruinach Count of Cataclysms is a Ruinach who can be summoned in the Atoll of Immolation as a secret boss, within the Havocrel's Tower.

To spawn it, the four dormant Fire Behemoths in the main room must be attacked quick enough to "activate" them (flames start burning around them). If too much time goes on, the behemoths become dormant again. Once all four are activated together, they enter combat and they must be destroyed to make the Ruinach appear. Killing it will unlock the Ruinach Rumble achievement.

Skills and Abilities

Slice

Basic melee attack dealing low physical damage.

Blade Toss

A double-hitting basic ranged attack dealing low physical damage each. The count's version has a special aspect that causes a flaming orb to appear after its blades reach a target, exploding and creating lingering pools of fire, dealing instant moderate flame damage followed by continuous low flame damage.

Frenzy

The Ruinach delivers two initial swings, dealing low physical damage each, and ends with a stronger cross swipe with all of its blades, dealing high physical damage. The last strike can be blocked.

Reave

The Ruinach moves forward while spinning both itself and its weapons around, indicated by a red circle around them, dealing high physical damage, snaring and knocking down affected targets.

Inferno

The Ruinach infuses two of its blades, making them levitate in the air briefly, before slamming them down, conjuring two flaming tornadoes that then spin around the Ruinach for a duration, indicated by red circles, dealing continuous moderate flame damage each.

Frenzy

The count glows red, rendering it invulnerable for a few seconds.
