The Rusted Nail

The Rusted Nail is an abandoned tavern located along the Arena District's southwestern wall. It is located south of the Daggerfall Covenant Base. The Sanctuary effect is not applied here, and the building can be entered any time. A copy of the lore book, The Order of the Black Worm, is sitting atop the bar in the southwestern corner of the tavern. There are kegs behind the bar.

The table west of the entrance has unspoiled foodstuffs and provisioning ingredients on top of it. As with all containers in the Imperial City, the cabinets inside the tavern are free to loot. A podium with several abandoned instruments on it lies to the east, near a table and several chairs which have been thrown this way and that. Two long tables accompanied by benches, which were obviously displaced during the Daedric incursion, are sitting in front of a still-burning hearth bordered by metal-capped mammoth tusks.
