Quest-Related Events[edit]
If you decide not to sell the amulet to Meram and decide to give the news to Yazoga, you can find her in the village below Exile's Barrow.
- "My stupid son! I can't believe he went off to follow in his father's footsteps, the idiot!"
- Your son is Khoruzoth?
- "My son? What do you know about my son?"
- I met the adventurers you hired to find Khoruzoth.
- "You know Meram and that nice Bardun? What a lovely couple!
But you must tell me. Were they able to find my son?" - Your son is dead.
- "Dead … no … that isn't possible ….
Nothing in the sanctum should have been able to harm Khoruzoth … I don't understand …." - Why do you think Khoruzoth was safe in Thukhozod's Sanctum?
- "Well, I suppose there's no point in keeping it a secret. If Khoruzoth is dead, then the same must be true of Thukhozod.
The necromancer was my husband—and Khoruzoth's father." - I thought Thukhozod was immortal.
- "Only as immortal as the next descendant to step forward and claim the title. Bah, I knew that man would bring nothing but trouble to our family!
Please. I thank you for bringing me this news, but now I need to be alone." - Here's Khoruzoth's amulet. You should have it to remember him by.
- "No, I don't want that foul thing. I want to remember Khoruzoth as my son, not as Thukhozod's legacy. I should never have let him read his father's letter.
You keep the amulet. As a thank you for letting me know what happened to my son."
After the quest:
- "Thanks for solving the mystery, but I can't believe you left my son in Thukhozod's forsaken sanctum.
Maybe I can hire Meram and Bardun to fetch his body and bring him back here. An Orc shouldn't have to spend eternity in the company of the dead."
