Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Lekia about a stress reliever with 60+ disposition.
2. (Optional) Inform Acreo Callo of Lekia's scheme (ends quest, rewards Imperial Broadsword).
3. Go to Fort Heath and speak to Warahn at the Iron Man Tavern about stress reliever.
4. (Optional) With 40+ Mercantile, get the battlewine for 100 gold, rather than 150.
5. Place 3x Colovian Battlewine in the barrel east of the roadworks.
6. Speak to Lekia for 100 gold.

Detailed Walkthrough

If you follow the Gold Road from Brina Cross's southern gate, you will eventually come to a section of the road that is undergoing repair. One of the workers is the Redguard, Lekia. Speak to her and she'll bemoan that a supervisor from the Imperial Legion is denying her and the other workers what she calls a stress reliever - strong drink. Asking her about this with 60+ disposition will see her ask you to help her with getting alcohol on site, under the nose of the foreman. Agree to help and she'll give you 150 gold with the instruction that you're to speak to Warahn at the Iron Man Tavern at Fort Heath and get him to sell you three bottles of Colovian Battlewine.

You can at this point inform the foreman, Acreo Callo, of Lekia's plan. This will let you keep the 150 gold, and he'll also pass on an Imperial Broadsword to you in thanks, ending the quest. If you wish to help Lekia though, go to Fort Heath - it's south-southwest of the roadworks as the crow flies. You'll find the Iron Man Tavern inside the fort's walls, with Warahn at the bar. Ask him about the stress reliever. He'll ask for the 150 gold in exchange. If you have 40+ Mercantile, you can lie, and say that Lekia only gave you 100 gold for the wine - a price that a disappointed Warahn will agree to.

Now with three bottles of Colovian Battlewine in your inventory, return to the worksite. A little way east of it is a barrel in which Lekia wishes you to hide the wine. It stands by a large tree at the roadside. Transfer the three bottles into it and your journal will update - you can now let Lekia know that the job is done. She'll reward you with 100 gold for your efforts.

Notes

• Shortly after this quest concludes, both Lekia and fellow worker, Brenan, will disappear from the site - Acreo complaining that (depending on your actions) the two either injured themselves while drunk, or were too annoyed at the working conditions to continue.
