Detailed Walkthrough

Tisia, the head of the Guild of Mages in Anvil, seeks to support the Imperial Legion in their efforts to clear undead from the Strident Coast. She gives you 20 Scrolls of Turn Undead to support this work, with instructions to deliver them to Fort Heath. The fort is most easily accessed by fast traveling to Hal Sadek by use of the carriage outside Anvil's gates. You can then walk from that village to the fort, which lies to the north. Euratta Oskra is inside the General Quarters. Give her the scrolls, and then return to Tisia. She'll offer a lesson that will teach you use of the Turn Undead spell, which you can accept or decline as you wish.
