Eumaeus

Eumaeus is a Strident Coast ruin well-guarded by Oathbound Legionnaires.

The tower stands to the northwest of Fort Heath and roughly to the south of Talgiana Orchard, and has a substantial interior divided into many sections. A necromancer named Shalpag of Moliva is present within the Prison area, and may be responsible for the wandering dead that throng its corridors, although the Necromancer's Notebook near him suggests that he is (or at least began here as) a relative novice.

Besides Reman-era armor and weaponry, notable loot includes the Vault Key found in the southeastern corner of the Vault section, atop a barrel. This opens a small number of locked doors in the vault section.

Eumaeus features during An Imperial Hangover as the ultimate endpoint of Prince Enman Septim's drunken ramble. In this, you must escort him safely from the ruin and into the custody of his fuming bodyguards.
