Go to the Ayleid ruins of Valsar and kill a necromancer plaguing the Strident Coast.
With the help of the crystal ball, Tisia has located a lieutenant of the Camoran Usurper - a powerful Wood Elf necromancer named Edroth. She asks that you find him in the Ayleid ruin of Valsar and slay him. Ask her about the Valsar topic to get it marked on your map, then travel there. The Staff of the Banishing Light received earlier will be helpful here, so you may wish to bring it with you. Once inside, you'll need to fight through the Pilgrim's Rest section to reach the door to the Tarnabye area. Edroth is at the far eastern end of this section.
Once Edroth is dead, be sure to take the Staff of the Risen Kingdom from his body, as it's very useful for mage characters. Then return to Tisia to report your success.
The following Journal ID and Index codes can be used with the Journalconsole command to manually update the quest to a certain point.
