Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Huliha in her Archad home about vicious aspis.
2. Kill the Vicious Aspis east of Archad.
3. Return to Huliha.
4. (Optional) Talk to villagers around Archad about the vicious aspis to receive additional rewards.

Detailed Walkthrough

Archad's healer, Huliha, can be found in her home in the village. You may already have helped her during Aloe There, but her supply of Aloe Vera Pulp is only one of her concerns. Speak to her about the vicious aspis topic. It's a serpent that's been attacking villagers before somebody dies. Offer to hunt it down, and then leave Huliha's house.

To the east of the village lies a dead chicken. It's part of a trail of two poisoned poultry that leads directly to the killer snake.

Slay the aspis (it will likely spot you before you spot it), and then return to Huliha, who will give you a Potion of Water Walking in thanks. Speaking to other villagers about the vicious aspis will net you further rewards. This includes two Tobacco and a Boneware Pipe from Kathrelor, an Apple and a piece of Colovian Bread from Cerdia Baraci, 50 gold from Beran Volurian, a Ball-peen Repair Hammer from Stratia Lecciana, a flask of Akul from Durokh gro-Bakush, and 2 levels of the Marksman skill from Marula Kiran.
