Go to the docks near the Warrens and speak to her:

"Is there anything else you need?"

No, let's begin.

"Of course."

Once you have caught three fish in front of Lynea, she will say:

"Well now. I guess I owe you my thanks."

"I couldn't be more pleased. Take this small token of my appreciation."

As much as I enjoy fishing, I have other things to do. Pay up.

"You could have just asked."

She will then give you her amulet of Dibella as a reward.
