10		I met Eno Hlaalu on Vounoura. He asked a favor of me to retrieve his brother's amulet from the Morag Tong guild hall in Balmora. I accepted his request, and I should ask the current Master, Ethasi Rilvayn, to provide assistance to unlock the jail cell door.
30		I asked Ethasi Rilvayn for her assistance to open the door to the jail cell in the Balmora Morag Tong hall. She provided me a key to the locked door. She also asked me to speak to Gilyan Sedas to gain access to the stairway to the cell.
35		Gilyan Sedas gave me a key to the first door to access the jail cell in the Balmora Morag Tong hall.
100	Finishes quest	I returned Methas Hlaalu's amulet to Eno Hlaalu. He gave me an enchanted ring in return.
110	Finishes quest	Eno Hlaalu is dead.
