Asphobos Soanix

Asphobos Soanix is an Imperial noble who can be found on the ground floor of Soanix Manor in Old Ebonheart. He is the older brother of Ruma Soanix and a guest at her birthday party. If you can convince him of your connection to Ruma, he can tell you where to find her deed to a sailboat. He only appears during the Thieves Guild quest 'Happy Birthday, Ruma Soanix'.

He wears an extravagant shirt, a pair of expensive pants, and a pair of expensive shoes. He wields a silver saber.

Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
