Quick Walkthrough

1. Read the bounty notice on the noticeboard in Bal Foyen's Imperial Commission: Garrison.
2. Talk to Agronak gro-Dumag about Bone-Eater.
3. (Optional) Ask around Menaan for the location of Bone-Eater's lair.
4. Kill Bone-Eater in Suldunanit, near Ossurnashalit and west of Menaan.
5. Return to Agronak gro-Dumag.

Notes

• Despite Bone-Eater's passivity and proclaimed innocence, you do need to kill the Bosmer to claim the bounty; Agronak's opinion of you will see a stronger improvement if you lie about the Bone-Eater's viciousness however.
