Maria sent me on the important task of converting a Redoran deserter to the Imperial Cult to save him from execution. The deserter Trelam Sethri was imprisoned at the Tiger Hall jail. Maria requested I ask the Legion Commander Antonius Rato about this arrangement first.

Antonius Rato said he is open to the idea, but he needs me to get the deserter to make an earnest change of faith to convince him it's more than just a ploy to avoid jail.
