Dervegal

Dervegal is a Wood Elf scribe and Retainer of House Hlaalu who can be found on the balcony outside the tollhouse in Othmura. He works for the tollhouse, but is outside on his break.

He wears a common robe with matching shoes and belt. He wields a steel mace and carries a small kwama egg, a piece of rat meat, 3 blank scrolls, a quill pen, a spyglass, a leather scroll case, 45 gold, and a key to the holding cell in the basement of the tollhouse.
