Gazash gro-Grohl is an Orc warrior encountered guarding a portion of the Daedric Shrine of Yamandalkal. He appears to be a cultist of Mehrunes Dagon, and you will likely need to slay him to proceed further inside.

Notes

• Like most of the NPCs found in Yamandalkal, Gazash gro-Grohl is likely a former occupant of the Telvanni Library, prior to the removal of that location in the 22.11 release. His armor and class remain unchanged, although much else about him has.
