Havfreija Fair-Hair is a Nord sailor and Commodore of the Imperial Navy who can be found at Fort Pelagius in Old Ebonheart. She serves under Potemus Marolus, where by her own admission she mostly just fills out the Admiral's paperwork.

For protection, she wears a Navy Officer cuirass with matching greaves, boots, bracers, and pauldrons. For clothing, she wears a common shirt, a pair of common pants, an Imperial skirt, and an Imperial belt. She wields an Imperial saber.
