Dava Arenim, the designated hetman of Aimrah, on Lake Andaram

Hetman Dava Arenim is a Dunmer official, elected as hetman in the port of Aimrah, where she represents the will of Indoril Beroth of Nanaav. She can give you rewards for the bounties you may have collected. She is not a great fan of the locale:

"The air in this town is stale. It's making me sick... It is as if the lake was putrid."

The Velothi locals, too, are individuals that she does not have a rapport with, finding them unfriendly. Indeed, while she has control over the guards, it becomes clear during the events of Shadows under Aimrah that she has lost touch with goings on in the town, a fact that she sincerely wishes to atone for:

"To think that something like this was going on in a town that I'm supposed to watch over... I have failed as a hetman, and I will spend the rest of my life making amends. May the Three forgive me and guide me. You have my thanks, outlander. You have done us a great service for unearthing and putting an end to this sinister plot. Please, accept this gold as token of my personal gratitude."
