Jessmyn

Jessmyn is a Redguard scribe and Clerk of the Census and Excise Office who can be found behind her desk on the third floor of the Imperial Census Office at Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart.

She wears a common shirt with matching skirt and shoes.

Like all Redguards, she has a natural resistance to poison and disease, and can boost her health, strength, agility and endurance for a short period of time, but otherwise knows no spells.

"According to this document, the soap tax only applies to 'sload soap', not all soap. That explains why our soap shipments haven't been arriving; no one wants to pay a 5 septim tax on a 5 septim bar of soap. For the last time, people: sload soap isn't soap!"

Notes

• The Imperial Census Office is full of referential nods to Tamriel Rebuilt developers and history. Jessmyn's dialogue about sload soap is a reference to the apparent widespread practice of earlier TR modders placing sload soap in lieu of regular soap. Because of this, there are dedicated soap objects in Tamriel Data and sload soap can be found throughout the Office.
