Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Tervur Ryalas in Ald Iuval's Abandoned Hut about find Tar-Okun.
2. Go to the Hleryn Estate in Hlerynhul and ask around.
3. Speak to Jests-With-Clam about find Tar-Okun (requires 70+ disposition).
4. Enter the Shipping Office in Hlerynhul and free Tar-Okun.
5. Talk to Tar-Okun about find Tar-Okun.
6. Return to Tervur.

Detailed Walkthrough

Tervur Ryalas wants you to find Tar-Okun - an Argonian who he sent to dig up blackmail material on Ivul Hleryn, Hlerynhul's leading figure. He tells you to go to the Hleryn Estate and find out what happened to her, but warns that you should be careful as to who you talk to.

Go to Hlerynhul, south of Ald Iuval. The Hleryn Estate is just over the bridge. Asking around those here about Tar-Okun will see you pointed to Argonian servants - specifically, Jests-With-Clam. He's in the Servants' Quarters of the estate, and will need 70+ disposition before he opens up. He says that Tar-Okun was noticed for asking too many questions, and was steered towards the Shipping Office by the docks in town. It's time to head there.

Once inside the Shipping Office, you'll find your way blocked by a locked door. You can open it with picks or magic, or else take the Shipping Office Key from atop one of the desks in this area. Once through the door, seek out Tar-Okun in a locked cell and free her from her bracers - Giril Merendi has the key in this area if you need it. Any living Camonna Tong members here will attack on Tar-Okun being free. Once you've spoken to a freed Tar-Okun about find Tar-Okun, your job is done - head back to Tervur to close out the quest.

• At the end of this quest, Tervur notes that it was "our hosts" who paid for the compromising information on Ivul, confirming House Redoran as being behind this mission.
