Medyn Arns

Medyn Arns is a Dark Elf Commoner with a sharp tongue. He can be found near the docks in Hlan Oek, where he has cut off the drunken sailor, Tharkul gro-Sham, from his alcohol. Medyn appears to harbor great prejudice against outlanders, and a poor sense of when to keep quiet - for if suitably lubricated, Tharkul will kill the Dark Elf for his provocations.
