Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Tarsamat Bekul at the Hlaalu Council Company Warehouse about homesick and Shakhal.
   • Either obtain 2x Shakhal and give them to Tarsamat (rewards 50 gold).
   • Or:
     1. Talk with Goranasamsi in Nind at Ussiran Camp.
     2. Bring the Worn Shiratar to Tarsamat (rewards Amulet of Meriyon's Fins).

Detailed Walkthrough

A homesick Shinathi named Tarsamat Bekul works at the Hlaalu Council Company Warehouse in Narsis' Market Quarter. At 30+ disposition, he will open up about the problem. He's particularly craving some Shakhal - a kind of Shinathi liquor, and will ask you to find two bottles - either in the city or at Ussiran Camp.

Shakhal is mostly encounter in Shinathi camps, but you can find it in some Narsis drinking holes - e.g. The Canyon Air Inn, just up the road from the warehouse, or the Backwater Cornerclub in the St. Veloth Quarter. You can bring Tarsamat two bottles for 60 gold.

If you want to trek out to Ussiran Camp, then you'll uncover another route. Asking around the residents here will see you directed to Goranasamsi in Nind, the tower next to the camp. Find her and speak to her. She'll give you a Worn Shiratar to bring to Tarsamat, believing that this will be of more value to him. It is - bring it to him to be rewarded with the Amulet of Meriyon's Fins, as Tarsamat remembers that he gets more joy from music than drink.

Notes

• If you bring Tarsamat some Shakhal, he will have been fired for drunkenness by the time you re-enter the warehouse. His corpse can be found in the southeast corner of the sewers beneath the St. Veloth Quarter.
