Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Lasskr at the Narsis Guild of Fighters about Nayalimmu.
2. Travel to Shipal-Sharai and ask around for Nayalimmu's location.
3. Slay Nayalimmu in Nissut Mine.
4. (Optional) Read Nayalimmu's Journal and report the contents to Madala Ceno in Shipal-Sharai.
5. Return to Lasskr.

Detailed Walkthrough

According to Lasskr, the Imperial Legion have posted a bounty on one Nayalimmu, whose gang has been troubling the town of Shipal-Sharai. Travel there and ask around about the gang leader. You'll be pointed to Nissut Mine, southwest of town. Essentially, follow the road south out of town, then move onto the dirt road that branches out to the left at the point where the paved road crumbles. The entrance to Nissut is behind a wooden palisade that you encounter on this path.

Of the gang members here, you only need kill Nayalimmu. Once you've done so, you can return to Lasskr to complete the quest. You may wish to look around first though - for reading Nayalimmu's Journal in the chest on the platform where she stood will reveal something of the gang's plans. Reporting these to the Legion representative at Shipal-Sharai's Legion Post, Madala Ceno, will net an additional reward - the Ring of Watchfulness and 100 gold.

20		In Shipal-Sharai, I was told that Nayalimmu is hiding out in the abandoned Nissut Mine just southwest of town, off the break in the road.
100	Finishes quest	Lasskr thanked me for killing Nayalimmu and paid me 500 gold.

10		I read Nayalimmu's journal and discovered that her gang had recruited Thalvys Berethi, a citizen of Shipal-Sharai, to watch the warehouse that they were planning to assault.
20		I told Madala Ceno, the commander of the Legion at Shipal-Sharai, that Thalvys Berethi had been assisting Nayalimmu's gang by watching the warehouse for them. She thanked me for the information and rewarded me with 100 gold and an enchanted ring.
